1629 hrs.......Lancaster

Stopped for a very late lunch with Kate's Uncle Mark at his school in Lancaster....40 miles to go to Ormskirk......attaching floats to the bikes as there is so much water around.....

    I was told once that endurance eventing is 90% in the mind and that the other 10% is in the mind. Eat lots and sleep tomorrow will be better.
